The Heart Chakra

The Heart of Compassion

of God/Goddess

An open Heart Chakra is where your Higher Self communicates messages to you through your emotions. Listen carefully and you will find the language of the Goddess in the vibration of your feelings.

Keyword: Self Love ...

This energy centre is midway between the upper chakras and the lower chakras, creating a bridge between heaven and earth.

Most people have closed their heart in a bid to protect themselves from feeling more pain. What this actually does is trap the pain that is already within and doesn’t allow any more love in. As the heart centre is the channel for the language of God, your intuition is also blocked, disconnecting you from your higher self.

Located in the middle of the chest, this chakra affects the heart, lungs, shoulders, arms, hands, upper back, and the circulation system.

Love, Compassion, Forgiveness ...

The heart is the seat of love, compassion, intimacy and forgiveness. If this chakra is over-active you may be smothering people with your kindness and attention. To release this build-up of energy, focus on releasing this energy to the throat chakra above.

Goddess Quan Yin ...

This energy center speaks of the power of love. It resonates with the colours pink and green which are calm, soothing and enhances growth and healing. If this chakra is blocked you may feel grief, anxiety or depression. Call on the essence of the Chinese Goddess of Compassion and Mercy - Quan Yin.

Quan Yin encourages you to love and forgive yourself and others. She also helps to release feelings of loneliness, isolation, possessiveness or bitterness. She encourages you to forgive and supports healthy, loving relationships.
