The Solar Plexus Chakra is the location where Source Energy, God, enters your being - the Seat of the Soul. It is where your soul and your free will reside. While you are an aspect of all that is, this energy centre is also where you identify 'the self'.

The challenge lies in recognizing the ego, exercising autonomy, spontaneity, passion, impulse and free will in alignment with the loving, almighty power within. Your personal power centre (Solar Plexus) is located at the lower edge of the chest bones and affects the stomach, liver, gall bladder, pancreas, small intestine, spleen, the skin and digestive system.
Strength
and Character ...
The solar plexus is the seat of your will, your source of strength of
character, determination and motivation which are characteristics that
are
required for achieving personal success.
This
chakra
resonates with the colour yellow, like the sun that powers our
Universe. Keep
this power centre balanced to ensure healthy self-esteem and
self-confidence.
If this energy centre becomes blocked it produces lack in self-esteem, unclear personal boundaries and feelings of
shame. If you are blaming others, feeling aggressive or dominating,
constantly
on the go or scattered, you will not feel empowered. Sudden outbursts
of anger,
or feeling burned out indicates an over-active personal power centre.
To
balance
this chakra, direct the energy upwards toward the heart chakra.

Artemis ...
The element of this chakra is fire. For support, call on the essence of
the
Greek Goddess Artemis, Goddess of the Hunt. She refused to conform to
convention or tradition. She is
self-sufficient and lives on her own terms. Call on the energy of
Artemis to
transmute the energy of emotions into your soulful passion for life,
anger into
action and to enhance your will, determination and motivation. Start to
express
gratitude regularly, and very soon you will know that you are the
creator of
your world.
