Why Doesn't The Law of Attraction
Work For You?
For success with the Law of Attraction you must understand the one great law.
Everything is energy.
Everything ...
every single thing in the Universe is made up of the same energy - the
moon,
the stars, the chair you are sitting on and the food that you
eat. Each
packet of energy has an individual frequency, the more dense the
object, the
slower the speed that it vibrates at.
Your body is made up of energy as well. Though it's not just
objects or
matter that has energy. Your thoughts, feelings and emotions are
also
energy, vibrating at a much higher rate. When you say "Today I
feel
good", what you are really saying is that your vibration is a positive
one
- this is conscious recognition of your frequency.
Therefore, you can choose your vibration by choosing your
thoughts. You
are the only one who can do that, the only one who can decide how you
are going
to respond to circumstances. Only you can decide which kind of
vibration
to send and receive - positive or negative, and that is what you will
receive,
what you will be.
Energy is
magnetic. This means that whatever
frequency you are vibrating at, what you attract will be a direct match
to
create more of that same frequency.
For the Law of Attraction to work for you, you must match your vibration with what you want to create.
Emotions
For millennia our emotions have been trivialized and suppressed.
It is
critical to bring your emotions into your awareness as your emotions -
how you
feel - is the most critical ingredient in achieving success with the
Law of Attraction. Your emotions are an indicator of the
vibrational offering of the moment. This is when
creation is instigated and maintained. When you understand this,
that
this very moment and the emotion that you are experiencing is the point
that
creation magnetizes to you what you are focusing on, you will create
what you
want, rather than creating by chance.
Your emotions indicate to the Source Of All what it is that you are asking for
more of. This is the exactly what you will attract and experience more of. There is
no need for confusion in understanding how to
apply the Law of Attraction. How you are feeling right now, on
all levels
including your subconscious and the
beliefs that you hold - is like giving the
nod to the genie of the magic lamp. That is your commnad, every
moment of
every day.
By choosing an attitude
of gratitude you attract
other
people who are grateful and appreciative of life. If you
believe
you are worthy of abundance, that is the kind of person you are friends
with
too. "Birds of a feather flock together". This applies to
all kinds of relationships. If you would like to attract a
specific kind
of person, be that kind of person with those specified
qualities and
they will begin to show up.
Where Is Your Attention?
You may be thinking "How can I possibly choose positive thoughts when everything in my life is going wrong? I have huge debts, a job that makes me miserable and my relationships are falling apart". It can be challenging understanding how to apply the Law of Attraction and actually doing it. It takes time to be consistently consciously aware of your emotions, but this is what you must pay attention to.
If everything is going wrong in your life, this is what you have continued to focus on. By worrying about your circumstances you are not helping yourself. Sure you need to be aware of the reality of your situation, but you must invest time to begin cultivating the feelings that will bring you joy. If you continue to focus on what is wrong, that will be your continued experience. It cannot be any other way. It is law.
If everything is going wrong in your life, how would it look if everything was going right? Be mindful that you state this in the positive. By stating that you don't want huge debts, you are actually affirming "huge debts" to the Universe. So you know what you don't want, just turn that around. "I am living abundantly, there is always enough!"
Don't limit the Universe to particular ways that this abundance shows up. There is usually much bigger and better ways for you to have what you want. If you have been in the habit of being negative you will most probably still be thinking small, even if you do start stating your desires in the positive. Here' what I did to let go of stinking thinking.
How Does It Work?
There are three basic steps to creating what you want in your life.
1. Decide what you want. This may sound over-simplified but it is the first step in creating your heart's desire. Is it a coincidence that 97% of people do not know what they want in life and 97% of people live unsatisfying, unfulfilled lives? Most people, however, are very clear about what it is that they do not want. If what you don't want becomes your focus, that's what you attract more of. The best guide in creating a joyful life is to make your focus about "feeling good". An attitude of gratitude is the most powerful way to begin feeling good. Make this your purpose and goal everyday of your life ... to feel good.
2. Step two happens without any input from you. This is the sole responsibility for the
Universe and will happen according to your vibrational frequency.
3. Allowing to receive. Many people don't believe that they can have what they want, so even though they go through the process of knowing what they want and doing the focusing etc. they often sabotage their efforts on a subconscious level. Or they are so busy trying to force things to happen that they don't watch for signs or guidance to go in the direction to fully receive what they want. Step out of your own way and allow the Universe to support you. Here's what I did to overcome this.
